Part Time - Overnight Maintenance Technician
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. The Maintenance Technician, with supervision and/or direction, performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, and appliance repairs. The Maintenance Technician completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touchup painting, and restoring apartments to original condition. Requirements
- Must have high school degree or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in The United States of America.
- Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred technical experience and/or schooling.
- Preferred 1+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
