Job Overview The Maintenance Technician I position performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, and patching drywall. The Technician takes responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of building structures as appropriate.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment.
- Occupational hazards and standard safety practices
- Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
