Assist maintenance staff on special projects. Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets. Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling repairs. Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning. Complete other duties as assigned by your leader. What are we looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Valid Driver's License 6 months to a year previous experience preferred. Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
