Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events and ensure all facilities are in proper working order.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
