About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, attractive, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with brand and company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
Nice To Haves
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Change linens, make beds, restock amenities and supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas organized.
- Follow safety and infection control procedures.
- Comply with productivity standards and quality expectations.
- Provide courteous service when interacting with guests.
