Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances). Conduct daily inspections of community amenities and common spaces. Support seasonal tasks such as irrigation and pool upkeep. Communicate effectively with residents and team members regarding work orders. Requirements

Proven experience in residential or commercial painting.
Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repair.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
