The Maintenance Technician I/Groundskeeper will assist the maintenance team with keeping the buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. The position will help with verifying that the buildings are in good repair by performing the following duties: minor plumbing, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities when required. All repairs are to be completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
