Groundskeeper/Maintenance
About The Position
We are looking for talented candidates who are maintenance pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for maintaining our mobile home community. Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations Perform general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting and power washing Collect trash and yard waste Maintain swimming pool and pool area Dispense propane Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed) Work on special projects as requested
Requirements
- A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility
- Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
- Able to work outdoors throughout the year
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility
- At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required
- Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to become CPO
- Hold Gas Dispenser License or willingness to obtain license
- Highschool graduate or GED required
- Must be within commuting distance to the facility
