Requirements

3-5 years of residential maintenance experience (more is great)
Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades
Your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license
Comfort with mobile tech-we use apps to keep things moving
The ability to manage your time, handle curveballs, and finish strong
A mindset that says: "No excuses. Let's solve it."

Nice To Haves

Trade certifications (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) are a bonus

Responsibilities

Start your day from home-we send you your schedule the night before
Handle 3-5 jobs a day at a mix of homes, apartments, and townhomes
Tackle a wide range of tasks: Plumbing (drips, clogs, swaps)
HVAC (filters, simple fixes, thermostats)
Electrical (light switches, outlets, fixtures)
Drywall (patch it, sand it, paint it)
General repairs and make-readies
Upload notes and photos from each job on the company phone (we give you the phone)
Communicate throughout the day with dispatch and teammates-no one's left hanging
Speak up when you see something off-we trust your eyes in the field
Wrap up and head home knowing you actually made a difference
