About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our car dealership. This role is responsible for general facility repairs, outdoor maintenance, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and presentable year-round.

Requirements

Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and snow plows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings, equipment, and fixtures
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
Maintain dealership grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and seasonal landscaping
Perform snow removal duties, including plowing, shoveling, and applying salt during winter months
Ensure parking lots, walkways, and service areas are clean, safe, and accessible
Assist with setup and maintenance of dealership displays and signage
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
