About The Position

Westminster Village is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Facilities & Property Security to serve as the overnight presence for campus safety, security, and basic maintenance support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Maintenace, facilities, or security experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Willingness to participate in required training
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to weather and use of PPE
• Overnight shift availability required
• The schedule for this position will be 3rd shift, Thursday through Monday. Flexibility may be available based on operational needs.
• Starting wage is $18.78 - $20.78 per hour, plus shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overnight security rounds of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas
• Monitor doors, access points, lighting, alarms, and report safety or security concerns
• Respond to after-hours incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when needed
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs (lighting, basic plumbing/electrical, HVAC filters)
• Complete work orders and document security rounds and incidents
• Assist with snow/ice removal, trash removal, and basic campus support tasks
