We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician/Custodian to join our team in Lowell, MA. You will be based at a newly constructed property with 52 apartments, and you will support other sites in the Lowell Portfolio as needed. The work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
Requirements
- Some knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custodial work is required.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, custodial duties for common areas, and groundskeeping
- Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
- Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.
