About The Position

Transdev in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a C-Level Diesel Mechanic to bolster our team. This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines across various vehicles and equipment. As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles. Transdev is proud to offer: CBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: + $29.65 - $43.38 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) + Starting pay: $29.65 with progression to $43.38 over 4 years. Requirements

• Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred; experienced automotive technicians are encouraged to apply
• Mechanic's Tool Set
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist A-Level and B-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize engine performance.
• Carry out Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
• Perform repairs on CNG/Diesel buses.
• Other duties as required.
