The Maintenance Technician Apprentice assists in the repair and maintenance of tools and machines used in production, this includes troubleshooting problems and maintaining records of maintenance and repairs, while completing a structured apprenticeship program. Under the supervision of experienced maintenance technicians, the apprentice gains hands-on experience and classroom training to develop the skills required to become a certified Maintenance Technician. Apprentices will start on first shirt for 1-2 years and will then transfer to night shift for a 6.5 year commitment.
