Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
  • Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
  • Experience in supervisory level resort maintenance
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification
  • Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date
  • One (1) year experience in the care maintenance and repair of large commercial or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities
  • Ability to multi task ability to spot safety risks and address quickly proficient knowledge of OSHA Guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal organization and leadership skills problem solving skills knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexible work schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Degree from a vocational school or BScBA in Facility Management is preferred

Responsibilities
