Requirements

High School diploma/GED
Have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
Experience in supervisory level resort maintenance
One (1) to two (2) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification
Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date
One (1) year experience in the care maintenance and repair of large commercial or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities
Ability to multi task ability to spot safety risks and address quickly proficient knowledge of OSHA Guidelines and regulations
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal organization and leadership skills problem solving skills knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Flexible work schedule

Nice To Haves

Degree from a vocational school or BScBA in Facility Management is preferred
