About The Position

Hiring Full Time – Weekend: Friday to Monday, 10am-8pm Husco Offers $1,000 New Hire Bonus Weekly Pay $2.00 shift premium Raise after 90 days 10 days of paid vacation & 12 days of paid holidays Health, Dental, & Life Insurance offered for full-time Employees Gym/Wellness Reimbursement Parental leave 401K retirement contribution and company match up to 4% 100% tuition reimbursement Overtime opportunities depending on production needs Climate-controlled environment Key Responsibilities: Perform and Document Repairs: Conduct preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to support production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers. Troubleshoot and Repair Systems: Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB/Makino a61nx-a81nx), assembly line equipment, automated assembly/test equipment, and general facility infrastructure. Operate Fabrication Tools: Utilize tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification. Industrial Waste Management: Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and universal waste in compliance with regulations. Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and equipment manuals. Independent Work: Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently. Additional Responsibilities: Suggest Improvements: Propose enhancements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety. Assist Engineering Team: Collaborate on special projects with the engineering team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated competency in mechanical and electrical repairs. Valid driver’s license and forklift certification. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and teamwork. Intermediate PC knowledge. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work on ladders and elevated platforms. Preferred Qualifications: 1–3 years (or more) of experience in industrial maintenance. Hands-on experience with CNC machines, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vision systems. Familiarity with special-purpose machinery and automated systems.
