About The Position

The maintenance technician I is responsible for repairing various types of manufacturing equipment, performing repairs and preventative maintenance, and communicating with machine operators when equipment is not functioning properly. The maintenance position requires a highly independent, and responsible individual.

Responsibilities

Support operations by providing reliable equipment
Promote a safety focused culture and environment
Provide value to internal and external customers
Create and pursue self-development plan
Perform work to standards for safety, quality, and time while identifying abnormalities.
Support the team in solving problems for customers and improving processes. Create and improve PM's
Diagnose machine abnormalities. Help solve design and manufacturing problems. Ensure Machines are repaired and running properly in a timely fashion.
Ability to recognize when outside contractors are needed.
Facility Maintenance, including snow removal
