About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is comfortable working in a Senior Living Residential Setting.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.

Nice To Haves

HVAC knowledge not required but a plus

Responsibilities

Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
