About The Position

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for the work of & general maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse and equipment. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility.

Responsibilities

Reviews and completes work orders assigned by the Supervisor.
Routinely inspects the community and advises the manager of any issues or makes corrections.
Makes general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other minor repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job.
Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner.
Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by manager or supervisor.
Reports need for major repairs to.
May be assigned other duties by The Maintenance Supervisor.
Checks all lighting daily.
Painting or touch up of all common areas as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots, common areas, and sidewalks.
