Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Three (3) years of related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
NM journeyman license in either construction trades or some type of certificate of training in the trades field.
NM Driver’s License. To drive a Lovelace-owned vehicle, you must possess a valid NM driver’s license with no DUI/DWI within the last five years.

Nice To Haves

Technical and/or Vocational training in a related field of study.

Responsibilities

Performs a wide range of advanced, technical, journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities and/or departments, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning services.
Required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith.
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
