About The Position

BeMore Staffing is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire positions at apartment communities throughout the area. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Candidates with HVAC experience and/or EPA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• HVAC certification preferred but not required (EPA certification is a plus)
• Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar environment
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to maintain, repair, or replace systems (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Possess basic hand tools necessary to perform daily maintenance tasks
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification
• EPA certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to maintain, repair, or replace systems

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting
• Repair and maintain building structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior areas
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and team members
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Prepare units for new move-ins, ensuring all community standards are met
• Complete annual preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Assist with grounds maintenance as needed
• Support special projects as assigned by management
