Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc. Employees must be able to work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools. Understand pertinent diagnostic tools. Read and understand blue prints. Diagnose and correct problems. Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service Electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control. Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes. Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems. Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys. Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles. Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records. Follow all safety rules, and company policies.
