About The Position

We are seeking seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Antioch, TN facility. This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical and mechanical background.

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants must be at least 18 yrs old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical experience preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Advanced Vocational training in areas such as Industrial Maintenance and Electrical.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Use Ladders.
  • Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to 10 hrs per day.
  • Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on complex equipment.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of 480V 3 phase electrical control circuits, 277 volt single phase, 208 volt 3 phase supply voltage, 110 volt ac, 24 volt ac/dc machine control wiring, wiring motor starter, breakers, relays, switches, motor control circuits, device control circuits and PLC control systems.
  • Running EMT.
  • Machinery and equipment installation to include ability to read blue prints, electrical schematics, welding and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required on all systems and equipment.
  • Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance.
