JOB SUMMARY: Perform complicated building maintenance, service and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and Electrical with limited to no supervision, relying on experience and judgment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Perform and/or lead maintenance, service and repairs in the areas of skilled trades. · Perform all work orders and preventative maintenance tasks for buildings and kitchen equipment and complete required reports. · Basic operation of building automation and HVAC equipment. · Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) for facilities maintenance. · Maintain assigned equipment/work areas in good, clean and safe operational condition. · Utilize and maintain order of all inventory, supplies, and tools related to maintenance department. · Cross train coworkers in special skills as need arises. · Provide essential feedback to supervisor on equipment and building functions. · Maintain safety standards according to trade industry and OSHA standards. · Support all scheduled events as envisioned by Ansley members. · Seek education and training to maintain and improve quality skills. · Attend & participate in assigned staff meetings, training classes, etc. Perform special projects and other duties as required
