Requirements

High School Diploma plus two years technical training or equal, or two years experience.
Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
The position requires expertise in any ONE of the following and basic skills in the remaining categories: AC and Refrigeration Electrical Mechanical Plumbing Kitchen equipment Carpentry and Finishing skills .Pneumatic/Electronic Systems and Controls Vehicles General Building

Nice To Haves

Certification in HVAC a plus

Responsibilities
