Requirements

High School Diploma; associate degree in HVAC preferred.
Experience with mechanical, piping, welding, and electrical systems.
Problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
Wastewater Class D license or ability to obtain.
Familiarity with cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, compressors, chillers, pumps, and related facility systems.
Troubleshoot and complete reactive repairs.
Execute building repairs.
Support grounds upkeep.
Coordinate contractors.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Participate in on‑call and emergency response.
