Requirements

  • High School Diploma; associate degree in HVAC preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical, piping, welding, and electrical systems.
  • Problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
  • Wastewater Class D license or ability to obtain.
  • Familiarity with cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, compressors, chillers, pumps, and related facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and complete reactive repairs.
  • Execute building repairs.
  • Support grounds upkeep.
  • Coordinate contractors.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Participate in on‑call and emergency response.
