About The Position

Quanex is looking for a Maintenance Technician – 2 nd Shift to join our team located onsite in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment while resolving complex issues related to motors, pneumatics, tools, conveyer systems, and production machines. Responsibilities will also include building and grounds maintenance. You are the driving force for improvement in your department. You must project a positive attitude, be open and willing to help others, be flexible, have excellent attendance and comply with all safety rules and procedures, while ensuring your team is following them as well. Salary: $28.56 - $34.16 per hour (rate includes 12% shift differential), pay based on experience New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30-days, 60-days and 6-months of employment! Schedule: Monday – Friday (12:00pm – 8:30pm), overtime may be required based on business needs. We Offer You! Requirements

High School education or equivalent required
Intermediate level of experience with electrical and mechanical applications, as well as experience with mechanical and hand tools for equipment repair.
3+ years industrial maintenance experience, required
