Perform duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to management. Act as a role model for Safety on the shift. Participate in safety programs by reporting Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe Acts and Close Calls; enter Near Miss data and Observations into Global Data Center database (GDC) Maintains good housekeeping in the shop and on the plant floor • Work shift coverage with advanced repair skills on all production equipment. Responsible for documenting all assigned reports and maintenance work orders (MWO’s) for work performed. Work with other maintenance, process and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem solving of equipment and production issues. General troubleshooting of all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and operation issues Works with production and maintenance to improve systems and equipment Maintains a working knowledge of all plant utilities systems Wear proper PPE, personal protective equipment. Other tasks as assigned by Management or Supervisor or Lead EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: Associates degree in electrical/mechanical. Experience: In addition to the educational requirements, incumbents must have 3 - 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance field Minimum education and years of experience should not be used exclusive of other leveling factors described below. Requirements
