About The Position

The Technician’s Assistant supports the Maintenance Department by completing routine maintenance tasks, assisting maintenance technicians, and helping maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to perform physical job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily maintenance tasks
• Pump, handle, and manage chemicals as
• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs and preventive maintenance
• Complete work orders accurately and report issues promptly
• Perform equipment and plant blowdowns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant and work areas
• Document completed work in accordance with department procedures
