Requirements

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (preferred).
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in top shape.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with other departments to support hotel operations.
