About The Position

HGA Support Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Team Member to support the maintenance and repair of our residential and office properties.
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Primary on-call contact for maintenance emergencies After-hours response required as needed Company vehicle provided

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience
• Valid Michigan driver’s license (3+ years driving experience, clean record)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Local travel daily (50%+); company vehicle supplied

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, appliances)
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours when possible
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors
• Conduct quarterly property inspections
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
