MAINTENANCE SYSTEM COORDINATOR
About The Position
Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the maintenance team by providing overall leadership for the maintenance systems (i.e. PM program, lubrication program, etc.). 2. Utilize system to plan all maintenance PM’s 3. Arranges resources for machine PM’s 4. Coordinate the distribution of work orders to all maintenance techs. 5. Provide the planning function for maintenance (i.e. PM’s, shutdowns etc.). 6. Evaluates the effectiveness and timing of PM’s. 7. Assist (work) in PM’s as needed. 8. Ensure parts are available for planned work 9. Focal point for all W/O’s. 10. Filter all W/O’s through input from supervisors 11. Coordinate the distribution of work orders to all maintenance techs. 12. Work on special projects as directed 13. Continue as a Maintenance CMMS expert 14. Develop and provide training as needed Other Responsibilities: 1. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. QualificationsQualifications: 1. Associate degree in applied science or other technical degree preferred 2. In depth experience and understanding of maintenance systems and metrics. 3. 5+ years in Maintenance background or other related fields. 4. Strong leadership, people and communications skills, computer skills and problem solving skills.
