About The Position

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Support Specialist -Electrician to
join our team specializing in Facilities for our Cummins Inc. facility in
Maxton, NC.

Job Summary:

Services, supports, and maintains electrical equipment within the determined
location. Performs electrical preventative maintenance on equipment. Performs
activities under minimal supervision.

maintenance work helps in managing tasks effectively and maintaining organized
workflows.
•    Cross-Functional Repairs: Performing work cross-functionally and making
repairs within your capability enhances team collaboration and operational
efficiency.
•    Training and Mentorship: Training apprentices and other technicians in
electrical repairs and troubleshooting fosters skill development and knowledge
sharing within the team.
•    Quality and Improvement: Participating in the maintenance of quality
procedures and leading improvement projects ensures high standards and
continuous enhancement of electrical systems.
