Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. The Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing personnel under his/her supervision to ensure quality in aircraft maintenance, as well as minimizing delays, working safely and increasing production. 2. Working with Leads to ensure projects achieve quality work on time and on budget, as well as proper and efficient work flow and issuing of task cards. 3. Coordinate and communicate with the Hangar 8 Manager to ensure all aircraft are delivered on or before schedule, as well as maintaining a daily status report. 4. Ensuring company GMM, RSM, SRM, CMM, MM, WDM and FAR procedures are followed, as well as ensuring all aircraft work performed with revised and approved data. 5. Keeping a clean, safe workplace at all times. Recommending improvements needed to increase performance, quality, etc. to the Hangar 8 Manager; 6. Reporting any problems affecting projects to Hangar 8 Manager as well as liaising with customers. 7. Ensuring personnel are following instructions and performing tasks in a safe efficient manner. 8. Ensuring waste materials, oils, fluids, etc. are handled correctly. 9. Performing other duties as required/requested by Hangar 8 Manager.
