Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Ability to lead and motivate a team during evening hours.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled.
