About The Position

RBM Management is looking for a skilled, upbeat Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to lead a team and keep a community running smoothly. You’ll handle service requests, turns, curb appeal, and general repairs while creating a safe, well‑maintained environment for our residents. This role is Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call and weekend duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years apartment maintenance + 5+ years supervisory experience
• HVAC certification (required); CPO preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
