Maintenance Supervisor - Days/Evenings/Weekends Full Time Hourly
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor assists with managing various building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. This role involves helping to plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules, conducting room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs, and ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and supplies. The supervisor is also responsible for coaching and supporting maintenance associates in line with Atrium’s Core Values, and assisting with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
