About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor position is for the Jefferson City Capitol Plaza hotel. Atrium Hospitality, one of the largest hotel management companies in the United States, is seeking a candidate to assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. The role involves helping to plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules, conducting room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs, and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and supplies. The supervisor will also coach and support maintenance associates, assist with scheduling and vendor proposals, and perform hands-on repair work. Requirements

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred

Responsibilities
