Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or vocational training
• 3+ years of building/facility maintenance experience (including supervisory roles)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the maintenance team
• Managing schedules, work orders, and quality control
• Overseeing make-ready operations for vacant units
• Performing and troubleshooting plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• Maintaining grounds and ensuring curb appeal
• Responding to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation)
