Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will direct all functions of the Processing maintenance workforce. They will ensure that maintenance work is accomplished safely and efficiently. They will partner with key plant production personnel to implement and drive best practices in safety, quality, maintenance processes, reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in a 24/7 working environment. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor: Manage Hourly Maintenance Workforce Provide daily leadership and direction to hourly maintenance staff. Assign individual jobs and monitor progress to completion. Ensure employees have the tools, information, and time needed to work safely and efficiently. Promote quality work and adherence to plant guidelines including Safety, Quality, GMPs, SAP PM processes, time confirmations, and monthly meetings. Monitor Plant CMMS Ensure accurate and complete data entry into SAP PM by maintenance employees. Audit equipment BOMs and PM work instructions for accuracy. Ensure scheduled PMs are completed and backlog is effectively managed. Drive Asset Reliability Utilize TPM, Lean, Autonomous Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and other reliability tools to improve asset performance. Coordinate Labor Needs Communicate weekly labor requirements to the labor scheduler. Support planned work scheduled by Reliability Planners and Business Unit production needs, accounting for vacations and time off. Support Business Units Provide daily technical expertise and troubleshooting support to assigned Business Units.
