The Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing the technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations of the community. This role ensures that all interior and exterior areas—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The Service Supervisor plays a key role in delivering a superior living experience by overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating service requests, and upholding company and regulatory standards. The role also involves assisting and completing work orders, overseeing the “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes, developing standards for community appearance, inspecting work performed by other service team members and contractors, maintaining adequate inventory, completing monthly preventative maintenance, supporting cost-cutting and expense control programs, conducting safety meetings, and demonstrating customer service skills.
