HIRING EXPERIENCED WORKING SUPERVISOR - SOUTH ATLANTA Fogelman is hiring an experienced working Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Lakeside Villas, located in the Hampton area of South Atlanta. We will transition this community in mid-March. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience in the multifamily industry plus 5 years of maintenance experience, describes themselves as a working supervisor, but has also managed a team. Must be proficient in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliances, is HVAC & CPO certified, have strong vendor relations, and can manage turns for the property. Yardi & HappyCo experience a plus. This role is responsible for direct supervision of the maintenance team, working with vendors in scheduling work, and managing the supply order process.
