Arcadia Creekside , a professionally managed apartment community in Chattanooga , is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused. Requirements

  • EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
  • CPO Certified Pool Operator (Required)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Highly reliable and organized
  • Strong planning and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools

Responsibilities
