About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor will effectively lead a team of multiple employees to support production and ensure all equipment in the bakery is in good working condition on the given shift.

Requirements

Knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must display great attention to detail
Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations
Ability to multi-task
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule
High school diploma or equivalent required and additional education is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience and 5 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite-Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
CMMS experience required.
Strong mechanical skill set needed and electrical skill set up to 480V 3 phase.
Ability to train and develop the team.
Collaboration, patience, and drive are needed to lead the team effectively.

Responsibilities

Prepare schedule for maintenance mechanics on the given shift
Respond to line calls as needed
Provide routine preventative and building maintenance
Provide shift reports to the Maintenance Manager daily
Coordinate line set ups
Inform CMMS Inventory Specialist of parts that need to be ordered
Work beyond scheduled shift to complete and follow through on the task at hand as needed
Lead a team of multiple Maintenance Mechanics
Utilize the document control system to gather information as needed
Prepare and deliver performance reviews to all direct reports on an annual basis using appropriate software
All other duties as assigned
