Day to day as a Maintenance Supervisor As a new Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor at Bryan Properties Group, you can expect a varied and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance staff, conducting regular inspections of properties, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also handle tenant requests, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and coordinate repair schedules to maintain property integrity. Each day will involve hands-on tasks, from managing work orders to prioritizing urgent repairs. Expect to foster a collaborative atmosphere, mentoring team members while encouraging their problem-solving skills. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities required to address any emergencies outside of regular hours.
