It is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and tenant repairs at various properties in Pomona, CA and surrounding areas. Why Work for Us? Requirements
- Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
- Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring repairs, drywall, and HVAC repairs
- Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites
- Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
Responsibilities
- Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
