Maintenance Supervisor- The Pines Apartments
About The Position
The Pines Apartments is a 152 unit affordable multi-family property in Knoxville. . Depending on the size of the property, this could also include supervision of various Tech and/or Custodial roles as well. This position is a working supervisor role. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects/assignments as needed. Our Maintenance Supervisor role also requires shared on-call rotation. The amount of time on-call will be dependent upon property/property location. LHP requires maintenance on a variety of items such as: cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Requirements
- HVAC certification is required.
- Valid Drivers License is required.
- Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
Nice To Haves
- Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
- EPA certification is preferred.
