About The Position

The basic job function is to oversee the daily operation over his/her respective areas. Additional responsibilities include:
Working with assigned lead to ensure projects achieve top quality work and milestones are completed on time.
Ensuring company and FAA procedures and policies are followed.
Ensuring that work productivity is satisfactory.
Monitoring crew personnel for attendance.
Keeping a clean, safe workplace at all times. Recommending improvements to increase performance, quality, etc.
Reporting any problems affecting projects to the Manager.
Ensuring that personnel are following instructions and performing tasks in a safe, efficient manner.
Ensuring that waste materials, oils, fluids, etc. are handled correctly
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1-year experience in a Test Cell environment and verified by adequate training records.
• Must hold at least an FAA Powerplant License.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalency
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license
• Must be adept and proficient on the use of technical data/manuals.
• Must be available for flexible hours and weekends
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a positive and professional attitude, good leadership skills and work well with others under minimal supervision.
• Must be a self-motivator and have competent problem solving skills.
• Must have a good attendance history
• Must have the ability to read, write and understand spoken English.
• Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions
