The basic job function is to oversee the daily operation over his/her respective areas. Additional responsibilities include: Working with assigned lead to ensure projects achieve top quality work and milestones are completed on time. Ensuring company and FAA procedures and policies are followed. Ensuring that work productivity is satisfactory. Monitoring crew personnel for attendance. Keeping a clean, safe workplace at all times. Recommending improvements to increase performance, quality, etc. Reporting any problems affecting projects to the Manager. Ensuring that personnel are following instructions and performing tasks in a safe, efficient manner. Ensuring that waste materials, oils, fluids, etc. are handled correctly Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
