About The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Maintenance Team, provide necessary maintenance on the facility, its equipment, and other requested repairs. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use tools and equipment to repair and construct
- Knowledge and ability to work on plumbing systems, electrical systems, alarm systems, appliances, household and commercial stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, air-conditioning and heating units
- Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, corrections, and state and federal standards and safety requirements
- Computer literacy is a must
