Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance workers Interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreement Demonstrated commitment and enforcement of safe work practices Maintains time and production reports Coordinates with production and other departments in Raynor Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and crew Knowledge, skills and abilities: Metal forming, manufacturing, and maintenance background Strong leadership skills Ability to work in a team environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Deals effectively with multiple internal/external customers of varying levels Demonstrated ability to effectively motivate, foster teamwork, and supervise direct reports Knowledge and ability concerning specific machine capacity and capability issues Capable to increase manufacturing efficiencies through effective scheduling Demonstrated proficiency in communication, self-presentation and interpersonal skills Core Values Deliver Service Be Positive Embrace Family Be a Team Player Show Integrity Have Grit
